Game Thread vs Seattle Aug 27th @ 9:05

Jenks' velocity might have been the only reason why that ball was hit where it was. Sexton couldn't get all the way around on it.

What a relay by Gooch!

It was well left.

They have given Anderson some pretty tough match-ups his first couple weeks in the major leagues.

wow what a relay...it seems like the sox have thrown out a lot more at the plate this year than normally...better arms in the OF and AJ is a beast behind the plate!! :bringit

No offense, but until the last week or so, it's felt like the complete opposite.

We definitely got lucky there.  Bad slide by Ichiro.

He looked like he was running in quicksand going around 3rd as well. I was shocked they had a play, I would have thought Ichiro would have scored easily.

Yeah, there was a few seconds on that hit where it seemed everything went still. Since you couldn't see the ball, I started to get worried it was a homer.

Jenks looks like he could be Carlos Lee's American brother.

They haven't shown anyone else warming up for the Sox. Got a feeling we'll see Jenks in the 9th.

This will be a big test for Jenks. He just had the entire half inning to sit in the dugout and think about the bottom of the 9th.

Heart attack time...

:lolhitting

One good thing is a good heater is tough to bunt.

I'll take the out, thanks.

The White Sox would never have got that bunt down.

The there any reason for Jon Adkins warming up? :lol

LEAVE HIM IN.

adkins is warming?

Here comes Marte.
