Well, we didn't put anything on the board, but if nothing else, that was a 30 pitch first inning for Brown.

I love it when our hitters use a little bit of patience.

This guy has a real solid sinker, so the more patience our hitters have, the better chance they have at getting a cookie. Rowand had some pitches up in the zone to hammer, but he was late.

im at my night class so im not watching the game. is jose's stuff good and they are just hitting it or does it look like he doesnt have it tonight?

Looked pretty good in the second inning

Contreras got clocked as high as 97 mph.

Wood threw more pitches in inning 1 than Contreras threw in innings 1 and 2 combined. Any time Jose has 10 pitch innings or so...even if he gives up a hit or two, that's a good sign for him.

As a Skins fan, you're not welcome. :P

Assuming of course that you are a Bears fan from your sig. If not, my post makes no sense. :bang

Well...Willie up with a RISP...last time he was in the big leagues, this didn't work out too well...let's change things willie...

2 pitches, 2 outs to end the inning.

Both hit the ball somewhat hard, and, if AJ got the job done, both Pods and Harris' balls would've gotten Dye in.

That's dissappointing.

Should I email Hawk and see what he says if I ask him about Beane for Executive of the Year?

lead off double wasted :headshake

Aaron Guiel has always owned us.

Must not like pitching to T Long.

Eh, whatever works.

Lots of runners left on base by both teams so far.

Tigers with another pathetic effort tonight against the Indians. How can that much offensive talent suck so bad?

Jose doesn't look all that great right now. Thankfully, these are the Royals.

Scott Elarton is awful, and he shut them down big time last night.

It looks to me like the Tigres have given up.
