PK's brain fart is looming large.

Nice thought Dye, but you should have pulled up and let it bounce.

You seem to be pretty positive today, did you drink an extra one before tonights game?  :D

Not anymore.....another poor play by our outfield defense.

Now thats definetly not green.

You do it because Uribe has been hot, and a single would move Rowand to third with 0 outs.

The hit and run is used to create holes on the infield for weaker hitters or directional hitters to have more of a chance to get one through a hole that has been created.

It is not for guys that are crushing the ball.

Everett is a hit and run guy right now. It forces the guy to shorten his stroke to put the bat on the ball. Not what Uribe should be doing right now.

Bad move.

Come on Garland get out of this jam

He wouldn't have come close to scoring on Rowand's line out.

Dye is a horrible outfielder. He is not even mediocore.

But you havent blamed Ozzie yet! You even said he made a good call!

I guess that will change by the time the bullpen is used.

i hate the padres....anyone else? they suck! when the other team gives em the game they get all smiles do the little teeball jump around at the plate and then look up and see they are sub 500? man they need to get the smiles off their faces after wins and be ashamed of themselves and their performance and come at it harder the next day! i hate em!

Man on 3rd - 1 out

If they run scores it's serious trouble

Considering that our LF and RF have had very disappointing defensive seasons, it does get funny hearing Hawk continue to praise their defense this year.

Sacrafice goes 1-3 Sizemore at third

Run scores

f*** THIS s***

Wild pitch gives Cleveland a 2-0 lead

That's on Jon. WTF is he doing.

Bad move.

The hit and run is used with batters who are good at putting the bat on the ball, which Uribe has been. And since Uribe has been hot, a gapper would have scored Rowand since he was going, and a single would have moved him to third.

Again, just a good play by Boone.

WP Sizemore scores, 2-0 Tribe

Is the infield in?

It was, yes.

Here's my one complaint I have about Ozzie: he seems to have a hard time just subbing one player into the lineup. Rather, he feels like it has to be 2 or 3 at a time. He's on the record saying he's going with this lineup every game for the rest of the season. That's fine you want to go with your core, but is it so bad to maybe rest Everett for a night?

Doesn't matter.

Oh well. Woulda scored a run anyway.

For as much energy as we played with the first two games, we're that flat tonight.
