Again, Boston winning is good in my opinion.

I hate the Yankees, so them losing and Boston winning puts New York one step closer to missing the playoffs.

I'd rather play New York @ New York then Boston @ Boston.

If we get to have that opportunity, I mean...

Anytime Boston, Ny, or Cleveland loses is good IMO.

No offense, but lets just root for both of them to lose their next 5 games, and worry about who wins the AL East after the last series. There's nothing good about Boston winning in regards to the White Sox. This post reminded me of one of the posts a few months ago about wanting to lose some games so we were tested at the end of the year or being worried about the A's, etc.

I'll keep saying this...the best thing we can hope for from the AL East is for Boston and NY to finish the season tied...that way neither of their pitching staffs get any rest at all at the end of the year. We at least would get a day or two off.

Now that they are tied, im rooting for both to lose. I'm a White Sox fan first, and a Yankee hater second.

Once we get a playoff spot guaranteed...then it's ok to root for or against people for strategeric reasons.

Until then...well, we've seen what can happen when you look too far ahead already this year.

:cheers

Injuns have the bases loaded, 2 outs in the 5th. Belliard up.

If your a White Sox fan, you rooting for the both to lose in a big way.

But..but..but...if the Sox go .500 the rest of the way :P

Another dp, great job guys.

Double play, end of inning, Sox up 7-1 halfway home.

Belliard flies out to left on a play that Long was trying desperately to screw up.

But if the Sox enter the playoffs on a 10 game winning streak...

Come on Michigan offense...oops, wrong thread.

If KC wins one out of four, the White Sox should feel fortunate. KC is awful, especially since Cleveland is making zero mistakes right now.

How about if we enter on a 2 game winning streak, and extend it to 13!! :D

Does us winning five games and clinching come with NYY and Bos winning every game until they play each other?

So if one loses one game, our number goes down to four?

Yes. If they both lose a game, then that number officially can go down one. It's based on how many losses they have.

Carl needs to disappear for a few games

So both would have to lose one. Not just one to lower our number.

lets trade Marte for Guerrier
