Meaning what? He's shown absolutely no ability to make in-game decisions in the last months, which is when the team needs the manager the most. Yes, he doesn't control what the players do. However, he's in charge of putting the team in the best chance to succeed. He's completely failed this team with that. And with this team continuing to look lethargic, isn't he supposed to be the great motivator?
