I went last night, and I just want to say that I have never been to a professional sporting even that was close to as incredible as that was last night. That was the highlight of my fandom. Wow.

Out-smartballed

Angels make the bunt look so easy, as we just don't charge hard at all. The Angels have forced our hand, and we keep playing into theirs.

Sac bunt, runner to second with Chone Figgins at the plate. I have a bad feeling that we will see a bloop base hit right here.

why do games against them bring out the very very worst in our team?  it can't be coincidence

It might be because the two teams on the west coast that have handled us out there have been pretty good the last 3 or 4 years.

Figgins is probally gonna come out of his slump when it matters most.

Thankfully he grounds out to short!

They know not to bunt to a 3rd baseman that's 10 feet away.

Politte please

Luckily I'm wrong, 2 down with Cabrera up

This feels like every other game against a West Coast team.

It *IS* that west coast thing, isn't it?

Dammit.

yes they are good but we make SOOOOOOOOOOOO many mistakes when we play them. mistakes we don't make against other teams

All right. I'm leaving Soxtalk for the night. I'm just going to curl up in a ball and :crying myself to sleep. Good night everybody.

Ruh roh, anthrax has a chance to put the angels up on top.

I'd bring in Cliff

Good.

Here is the ballgame right here.

They score we are f***ed.

Mark needs to keep this run from scoring.

And our offense needs to get their heads out of their asses.

what is up with the mary poppins s*** on the organ?

Those two pitches looked like the same pitch, opposite side of course, to the one Everett struck out on.

2-1.

I dunno about this pitching around Cabrera for Guerrero stuff.

I have a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. I want no part of Vlad with RISP.

SCOTTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
