That helps us...aka the little guy in all of this.

Is it best to try to call or purchase online? The MLB site or ticketmaster site?

Try whatever you can.

More methods = a better chance.

Whatever you do.. IF you get them from one source do NOT try to buy them from a second source. Both orders will be cancelled if the CC's match.

I've got so many people working for me, I feel like a damn ticket broker.

Ditto, that being said I still know I won't get anything cause life hates me. :P

Yeah, I just got through talking to my wife about that. We are going to have our cell phones set-up to text message if one of us gets through to kill the others attempts.

How many minutes do you keep trying? I'm sure this thing will be sold out within 10 minutes.

The alcs tickets sold out in like 40 minutes or so, I'm sure this will be much quicker.

Around what time should i start calling ticketmaster and going through the website?

Couple of questions..

Which section has the most seats (Bleachers, Upper Deck Box or Lower Deck Box)?

If I'm already paying $140, is it worth paying $45 more for Lower Deck Box?

you'll only be ABLE to get upper reserved

edit: sorry i made it sound as if it's likely to get tickets... i should rephrase.

Why is that?

a) season ticket holders

b ) brokers

c) ebay

with the ALCS i got on at exactly 12:00pm and i ended up fortunately w/ tix but they were second to last row upper deck. and i put 'best available'
