October 25, 200520 yr Bummer. Let's hope it doesn't go six or we'll be getting a very good look at our bullpen. Linky
October 25, 200520 yr Oh s***. Get better rapidly MB. Freddy, Jon, Jose, let's make sure we don't need him.
October 25, 200520 yr Didnt that happen last year and he put that cream or whatevr that makes it really hot and start pitching very well.....
October 25, 200520 yr Maybe "The Gooch" can slap his hands together and rub the pain away...Miyagi style! Edited October 25, 200520 yr by 3RDBASE
October 25, 200520 yr Most of us thought Buerhlehad a problem in the 2nd half with his arm, with all of the innings he's pitched throughout the season etc. so this doesn't really suprise me. Let's just hope he can pitch, and pitch well, if needed.
October 25, 200520 yr Could this be a ploy to look heroic when he comes out to the mound? The bloody t-shirt?
October 25, 200520 yr Feel better Buehrle. Hopefully we can get the ring, and not need you again. It'd be nice to say Buehrle won't have to throw another meaningful pitch until next Apri to get healed upl.
October 25, 200520 yr It doesn't seem as serious as the title of the thread sounds. Sore arm from not being able to get loose enough during the cold. Standard arm fare for a pitcher. I'm sure he'll be ready for Game 6, if needed.
October 25, 200520 yr Yea, sounds blown out of proportion to me, too. QUOTE(RibbieRubarb @ Oct 25, 2005 -> 06:01 AM) It doesn't seem as serious as the title of the thread sounds. October 25, 200520 yr It's Ok, we still have Duque for long relief and Marte to slam the door in the 9th.

October 25, 200520 yr Hopefully, we won't need him and the Sox will take care of business in Houston.
