Actually it had to do with Uribe... and I said Uribe was going to have an OPS It seems like such an obvious bet now, but I think this was when Crede was truly sucking.

December 14, 200520 yr why is this old thread merged with the new one? I not going to look through it all, I just spent the last 3 pages wondering what the f*** till i saw the dates. anywho, sporting news reported that its neither Jose or LG, but El Duque and young. I know that it is somewhere in the 40+ pa ges, anyone have a rough estimate of what page number?
December 15, 200520 yr Actually it had to do with Uribe... and I said Uribe was going to have an OPS < somebody else (Crede maybe?) It seems like such an obvious bet now, but I think this was when Crede was truly sucking. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually, it was who would end the season with the higher AVG. I said Uribe would, you said Crede would. Both players ended the season with a .252 AVG so we either both won or both lost.
December 17, 200520 yr The Mariners are close to signing Jarrod Washburn to a four-year deal worth $36 million-$38 million, CBS Sportsline.com reports. ----------------------------------------------------------- For anyone who doesnt think Jon would make 12-13 mill with atleast a 6 year contract in the fa market next year, ha ha ha.
December 17, 200520 yr QUOTE(AnthraxFan93 @ Dec 16, 2005 -> 10:59 PM) Nice Time for Jon to get Hot.. Decent move but way to much Cash for Seattle.. From a financial standpoint, it couldn't have been better.

What does that mean for Millwood, then? I really hope he doesn't re-sign with the Indians.
December 17, 200520 yr What does that mean for Millwood, then? I really hope he doesn't re-sign with the Indians. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> There are still teams that will throw a ton of money at Millwood. Don't worry, there's no way that the Indians will be able to meet Boras' demands with their small payroll.
