heart attack after fumble

Featured Replies

I saw this earlier, and I'm sorry that's just pathetic.

Krush puked after Paulie's grand slam in game 2.

Edited by SnB

I've never been physically sick after a game, just emotionally drained/crushed. I can understand that causing a heart attack though, my heart stopped for a second after the fumble as I was in disbelief.

I've definitely been emotionally drained/crushed; however, a heart attack is insane.

It reminds me of that one story about some Cub fan having to go to the hospital after the Sox success in October.

Billy Koch took at least 4 years off of my life.

I could see it happening to myself down the road. I get so damn wound up and pumped for the game that I lose it sometimes. I was f***ing having spasms Sunday.

A heart attack is pretty extreme though

It probably wasn't the fumble. It's probably because he looks like this...

I think he was way worse after the Illinois loss..

I'm assuming there was some other things that lead to this, so with or with out this game, it might've happened anyways.

I cried when the Bears were eliminated.

When we got knocked out of the playoffs in HS Football this year after I got home I f***ing bawled.

I was not in good shape after the UNC game, i'll leave it at that.

I also puked after the Ohio St loss, which i was at.

I think i puked after the Konerko grand slam because i was just so wound up and then it turned into such excitement. I don't think my body knew what to do, so it just threw up all over the balcony.

I bet you were just hammered. :D

Not one drop of alcohol for any of those 3 games.

I like how the ads above the article were for a McDonalds Quarter Pounder and Double Quarter Pounder.

no alcohol at a sporting event?

I don't need to be blitzed to enjoy a game, especially one like a national championship or mlb playoff game.

People who get blitzed and go to games, IMO, have no respect for the game and are bad sports fans. IMO, it tells me that you need to be drunk to enjoy a game.

Many college students do this, i think it's pretty pathetic.

No, you just save it all up for the 24 hour stupor that is Soxfest. :cheers

;)

As a viewer, I've had to turn off some games. As a participant, some loses were tougher than others. Which is one reason I basically stopped playing team sports. Knowing the guy two lockers over left some of his game on the field, and could have played harder, would piss me off so bad as I was dragging my ass after the game.

I third it, and really dislike unfunny, rude, drunks sitting near me, especially when I have kids with.
