She happens to be the wife of a baseball player, now because she has money and time on her hands(not to mention all the attention she wants) she thinks she can spout off whatever she wants. :rolly Come on... Who's not tired of irrelevant celebrities spouting off their opinions on random s***? He didn't say anything about guns, he said, Who the f*** cares what Anna Benson thinks? Damn right.

The thing that intrigues me the most about this move is Benson with Mazzone (sp?) as his pitching coach.

 

This guy has done wonders for pitchers who had a world of talent and haven't reached it for one reason or another... could be interesting

What Jackie Hayes said. I dont think there is anything wrong with having guns, but this lady is bragging and promoting them like everyone needs one, and that isnt the case. Sure, she throws "Gun Education" in there, but then she talks about leaving guns around the house in strategic, unlocked, and easily accessible places(because (her father's) valid argument is that if the guns are locked up, it will be too difficult to access them when needed... like when some deranged 200 pound man is busting through my front door). Give me a break. She should shut the f*** up before she convinces other people to do the same thing, and someone gets hurt.

 

That being said, this could probably turn into a decent discussion on The Filibuster.

This isn't a bad move for the Orioles. Benson isn't very good but it doesn't look like they gave up too much for him. On the other hand, the AL is going to eat him alive.

I did research to verify, but my guesses were right

 

Cleveland and Oakland

 

The one who did not may surprise some for Cleveland...or may not.

It'll be interesting to see how Benson does under Leo Mazzone, and if he'll improve a lot.
