RBI single by Gload, 5-2.

Another really good bat off the bench, and a lefty. Damn!

You know how annoying it was last year when this team just couldn't score runs? Or when we saw the lineup and Timo Perez was leading off or batting behind Konerko? Or when our backup 2nd baseman would play, have guys on base 4 times during a game, and not move any of them into scoring position?

Those days are over.

This is going to be a hell of a year.

I LOVE how we can have more lefties in the lineup against tough righties who have potentially dominating sliders.

great game to watch so far

The bats have really come out the last couple weeks or so. Well that's one worry to put away.

Who's in the pen today?

Sweeney comes in for Dye.

Well, now Gload, Mack, Sweeney around the outfield, Ozuna, Gonzalez, Cintron, and Widger in the infield (Widge @ 1st?) and Molina behind the plate.

Remlinger used to be one of the leaguest pre-eminent closers... a stud.

Then he gave up a walk-off home run to crappy chad curtis in a world series game... pretty much since then, he's basically been as good as dead.

Lopez

I missed hawk and dj's antics.

They've talked about dj being a pro golfer and mardi gras, all in the past 20 minutes or so.
