Nice pitch

Nasty curve there..

What's Bobby's whip? 1.25 or thereabouts?

Singleton is settling in nicely. He's acting all carefree and talking quite a bit.

I think a 1.14 WHIP is a bit high for an elite closer. Thats like putting a man on every time you come out for the 9th. Hmmm.

1.14 WHIP is excellent.

And did Hawk just call this guy "Shaun Livingston"?

Hawk is so f***ing off right now.

DYE!

DYE b****ES!!!

LOL @ that homer, but I'll take it. 6-0

Welcom to the bigs kid.

Wow....we have two homers tonight that didn't look like they had a prayer to get out. Nice turn of events after we had quite a few that looked gone off of the bat.

May I ask....where is Hawk's juiced ball theory?

Best team in all of baseball, no doubt.

Been watchin the clips too much.

Why is Hawk off? I don't think anyone in the stadium thought either of the line drive homers were gone.

It seems to be taking him about 2 or 3 seconds after the ball clears the fence to figure out that it's a HR.

Aight Javy, mow em down. I wanna get some sleep tonight.

I like our black tops so much better than the road greys.

Man...the Seattle TV announcers are practically sucking off Livingston.

Javy is just ricockulously filthy right now.

Wagner's WHIP in 2005: .84 (38 saves)

Ryan's WHIP in 2005: 1.14 (36 saves)

Hoffman's WHIP in 1998: .85 (53 saves)

Todd Jones' WHIP in 2005: 1.04 (42 saves)

Gagne's WHIPS in 2003/2004: <.88 saves>

Jenks' WHIP in 2005: 1.25

Small sample size, but the ones I consider elite all had sub 1 WHIP.

Not too important, but I thought I'd point it out.

Jon Garland was shown in the dugout and he looked like he was sulking to me.
