When he was swinging awesome two seasons ago, he used to hit rockets to right field (even quite a few opposite field homers). Now....well, he's a defensive specialist.

Um....don't even use Gload in your argument.

Very nice catch by Gload. If he can play solid defense in the outfield, he's much more useful on this team.

2/2 for BA. That rest seems to have done him good :)

I really thought Gooch would regress this year but the man is a professional hitter.

He strikes out a lot but he also hits a lot. He's a good example of why strikeouts by batters aren't all that bad.
