No, not unless he was allowed to throw 130-140 pitches.

Even then I doubt it... Unless he could of faced Adam Dunn 7 more times...

I'd rather him get to 20 straight wins, personally. He has the stuff to get 20 K's, but he strikes guys out swinging for the most part. That means it will take more pitches to get guys fishing.

Wood threw 122 pitches. I don't know about Clemens.

I saw the game on WGN Saturday and I must say Jose was PHHHEEEENOMENAL! Too bad they get a blooper to score 2 runs of him and make it 5-3 at the time.

With his speed, he could get lucky and have a ball hit a part of a pole or something, then see it bounce around and he can get an inside-the-park homerun. If Konerko can do it, anyone can do it.

well, if you see anything typed in green letters, that means sarcasm. Some people like to type out posts and leave them normal, then throw a /green at the end. Kind of like telling a funny joke with a straight face. People who havent been around for a while dont tend to catch on to it right away, dont feel bad.

I think it would have been very doubtful if Jose could have gotten 20 strike outs. Ozzie isn't going to let him pitch throw a lot of pitches in a game as we're going to need him the rest of the season.

Jose was a BRUTAL victim of bad luck last night. Other than the Lopez homer, he was a victim of broken bat hits and luck galore. And the Kearns ball in the 6th gets him out of the inning with a QS and a 3-3 tie if Pods doesn't get the worst jump of all time.

He was over 100 pitches, OG pulled him at perfect time.
