July 1, 200619 yr eon8.com This site has caused a frenzy on the internet all day. The clock will soon expire. Apparently, you cannot access this site through any search engines and all government buildings are blocked from viewing the site. I'm intrigued....
July 1, 200619 yr This has peeked my interest over the past few days. It doesn't load on my browser anymore, anyone else having this problem?
July 1, 200619 yr For whatever reason I can't get on the site from my laptop, funny whenever I had gone to it in the past I was on my desktop but now that I try it from my laptop with both Firefox and IE it refuses to load.

July 1, 200619 yr QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jun 30, 2006 -> 09:42 PM) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eon8 # A viral marketing scheme created by an as-yet unnamed company or corporation. This is pretty much what I assumed it was from the start, though it would be somewhat silly for a company to create any amount of panic or worry throughout the public and then just unveil some product.
July 1, 200619 yr QUOTE(Felix @ Jun 30, 2006 -> 09:46 PM) It just loaded (although is slow) on my laptop. Still not on my desktop though. Yep, just loaded on my laptop too.

Reminds me of the old Simpsons episode with the fossil to advertise the opening of a new mall (IIRC, haven't seen that one in ages)
