Some very strange managing this last inning by Ozzie. I can't believe he left Contreras in to possibly get the loss.

If that was true he wouldn't have kept him in with the big winning streak he has going.

 

He left him in because he was at 98 pitches and pitching really well.

It was not an easy 98. He labored through quite a few innings.

No, I know exactly what you mean. I have no problem with him leaving Contreras in. It just seems to go against the way he was handling his streak. The whole Ozuna/Pods situation makes more sense now, with Crede being out.
