The reason we didn't score more is because we stopped discussing wrestling. Back to business.

I'm listening to D-X music.

That's been the MO of late.

And we've typically given it right back.

His windup wasn't nearly as side-armed as I thought it would be. When I heard Hawk say chicken-winger, I was expecting Chad Bradford-esque.

I believe he's referring to a short arm delivery.

You'd think Ozzie would have a fundamentally sound team. Why doesn't he?

Because Ozzie Ball is one of the great myths in recent sports memory. He's a good manager, but the "Ozzie Ball" stuff is a bunch of crap.

Remember the Mega Maniacs? Hogan and Savage?

The D-X/X-Pac music is awesome.

I just ripped Volumes 3, 4, and 5, and Aggression. Volume 3 is the best.

KC had the IF halfway to cut off the run but you'd like to see Gload pull the ball there. Easier said than done though I suppose.

The thing I've noticed about Gload is when he tries to pull it, he rolls over on it. He hits a lot more line drives to the opposite field. It's hard to get mad at a guy hitting a liner though.

The early 90's music was the best, because the wrestlers actually sang a lot of their own songs. Some are pure gold.

nice play joe

Well done by Joe, he's made a couple nice plays tonight now.

It would be nice for that to stop immediately. Crede with a nice play. He's looked great tonight.

I see...thanks. I figured with his ERA, he was a gimmick pitcher.

That was Hogan and Beefcake.

Have you guys ever heard the story of the Shockmaster?

One of the most hilarious things I have ever seen or heard.

Oh yes, any fan who hasn't has missed out on a 'classic' debut.

That wasn't even a live segment, they aired it anyway.

ross awesom-o gload!

Speaking of nice defense, Gload with a nice play to go along with a couple nice picks over at 1st.

I hate everything I've ever seen of Hogan and Savage.

Volume 3 is the best.

Hell yeah.

I love Dude Love's song.

Gload's looked 10 times more comfortable at 1B tonigt than he did over the wknd.

Jim...if we decided to add another player, who would be the odd man out you think?

...also available on youtube.

Fathom I have some old wrestling programs from the early 60's from the Amphitheatre that I picked up a few years ago. Real interesting history. If you want them drop me your address and I'll mail them to you ... wedding present.

Ryan Howard hit his 36th tonight.

They we're actually called the 'Mega Powers', unless I'm totally blanking.

Sure? I thought it was Savage.

Weren't Hogan/Savage the Mega Powers?

Couldn't help but feel just terrible for Tugboat. The heels were all giggling like little girls throughout the whole speech, too.
