They're playing tonight like they did a month ago, and they're lacking the intensity they had in the last 2 weeks.

fugly

He's dropped two against Oakland too. Does he feel bad for his old teams?

wow lets get Javvy the f*** outta here and bring in the pen

on another hopefully more optimistic note I'm heading out tonight so if the sox manage to come back and win I won't be able to start the gamethread until tomorrow afternoon

Why? It's not his fault JD forgot how to catch the ball? If our team can't get at least 2 runs off of this pitcher, we don't deserve to win.

Javy pitched over it. I agree with taking him out, but this post makes you look like you think that it was completely Javy's fault that the run scored, which is false.

javy has done everything we could ask from him tonight. hes battled with mediocre stuff.

Why take Vazquez out? He is pitching well. The O has not show up today...

Hernandez is fooling far too many of our hitters.

next inning is the 6th, he just had to pitch over a big error... he's not gonna have a pretty 6th innng

Let's capitalize on that break now! That play wasn't even close.

Nice hustle by Juan there. Clearly out, hopefully we can capitalize on it.

Anderson works the count, and hits a rocket! That young kid probably saved us from a Cora disaster. Keep them in Pods.

Huh?

Huh?

Fan reached out with his glove to get a ball down the line, deflecting it into the stands and likely preventing Uribe from scoring.

I absolutely hate stupid fans who try to get a souvenir and don't give a damn that they steal a run from their team. Those fans are simply morons.

hahah the kc broadcaster are making fun of the fan for not making the play.

I think we got lucky with the fan interference. I can see Cora sending Uribe and him getting out for some reason.
