Can somebody again tell me why Coop and Jose felt the need to mess around with new arm angles when he was already dominating?

I think it is simply Jose dealing with pain.

If it ain't broke, then fix it.

Considering he just threw an overhand fastball to Monroe, I dont think that is the issue.

I'm not talking about that pitch. I'm talking about how it seems as if he hasn't been the same pitcher since they started messing around with that.

If this keeps up I'll switch over to 'Beaches' on AMC. I will then follow by putting a bullet in my head.

Alright guys, this is the our heart of the order. Time to deliver!

KW had the right idea standing pat. Terrific job letting these guys work themselves out of a "slump."

I think it's funny how the Tigers desperately tried to upgrade in LF, even though Monroe is putting up respectable numbers. Meanwhile, we have an albatross of a LF/leadoff situation, and it's getting worse every week. KW still has 10 days to upgrade.

We look so f***ing sluggish and lazy on offense

COOP WILL FIX IT

:cheers

The good thing is that if Pods had gotten a hit last inning, we'd be sad that Jose "gave back the runs." See, this way, we don't have to feel badly about that. :P

The pitching ain't too hot either...

Nice rip JT.

Keep up your torrid run producing August, PK. :P Granted he has a great AVG this month just way down in HR.

Nice AB 14.

Okay, it's a start. Now let's turn this into a rally. We can hit this guy.

Ya that's expected, so I don't even bother making mention.

....and who was the answer?

None of three guys in your sig were traded.

f*** you Konerko. Why doesn't Dye get a shot in the #4 spot yet?

Why so many first pitch outs? Why oh why... :huh

The patented head and shoulder slump by Paulie. Feels like 2003 all over again.

C'mon MVP.

Thankfully our opponents have made some bad errors in the last few weeks that basically handed us 3 wins. If not for that, we'd be in a lot of trouble. Our offense is really struggling.

I HATE CRAIG MONROE

Spoke too soon. Well, Dye has been clutch all season. Hopefully he has more magic inhim.

QUOTE(G&T @ Aug 21, 2006 -> 05:22 PM)
On that note, something is wrong with Thome, there just has to be, and I PK doesn't seem to care about hitting for power anymore. That leaves Dye to do everything with no one on base. Honestly, something looks wrong with Thome and Konerko.

If there is something wrong with them, then i agree with Fathom that Oz needs to give each of them a day off and let Gload play.

Sweet sweet AB's by our 4-5 hitters.

God this team makes me feel so good.

Dye hitting 3rd last year sparked the team it seemed like. But we wouldn't want to hurt anyone's feelings.

I agree with you...why don't we try to change things around?
