Did I hear the Mets have never had a no hitter?

I'm pretty sure that's true. A more phenomenal stat is that the Bucs have never had a kickoff return for a TD.

Devil Rays 4-2 and still threatening. Man on 2nd and first 2 out. Crawford pinch hitting.

4-2 Tampa Bay now

Delmon Young, nice work.

His brother got released by the Tigers today.

Ex-Sox players are having very strong years, as Frank, Valentin, Norton, and Durham have looked very strong this season.

crawford grounds out. inning over

Wait, Dmitri Young got released? He was their #3 hitter last week. That's a little... strange.

Don't forget all the bullpen guys...Howry, Grilli, Majewski, Rauch, El Duque, etc.

Well, his return did coincide with the start of their slide...clubhouse issues maybe?

Maybe his court issues also?

After checking, he was their #3 hitter TODAY. So strange.

I'm sorry, but there's absolutely no reason for Dye to still be in this game. Please take him out Ozzie!

Hopefully, Seth McClung won't suck as bad tonight as he did against us last week.

Hunter flies out - one down.

Now 2 down! 1 more Seth!

Chris Stewart definitely crowds the plate.

Warning track power = 2 outs

So....is that a single?

Good question, I'd have to think so.

This is why the Twins need to sweep this weekend. We play good ball this weekend, the division could look a WHOLE lot different.

Tigers got some major problems.

Eh, I don't know about that. We'll be 5 back if we hang on and win against Boston.

With the way we've been playing, I don't see anything more than a split against Cleveland. If the Twins sweep, we'd now be 3 back against both Minny and Detroit while heading to Oakland/Anaheim.

Plus Detroit has a much easier schedule, even if they are playing poorly.

That's a bad loss for the Twins. To be going for the sweep, and get that type of start for Silva, that's a game they have to feel like got away.
