I remember the first time we faced him at the Cell...must have been '03 or '04. Had a seat right behind the dish and was duly impressed. Ozzie said in the postgame presser that he has "a good feeling about California" this year. Also said he didn't know why. I don't know why either, 13...

Just got home from the game...

 

Danks looked like he belongs in the Majors, kept composed and just kept pitching.. He had a couple of minutes of missing his spots and he was back to it.

 

The offense had absolutely no pop, but Johan was just owning us. Either way, not a bad game..

Saw the game on WGN. Danks was very impressive except for the fact he gave up that homer. Hawk thought it was just a muscle shot that got out. Unfortunant we had to go against the Sox killer Santana. Paiful to watch the flailing away by our big hitters. I couldn't figure out why Anderson didn't get a start.
