Oh i notice him. I laugh every time i see him because he is every where.

He is on the same level and "Neon Man" - that guy with the mustache and neon all over his body who is at every major chicago sporting event. He was in Houston when the sox won, he was at the super bowl, and I wouldnt be surprised if he was sitting next to n M&M tonight.
