Refuse to eat and cry like a baby = mental condition. :crying

I smell a Lifetime movie in the works...

or at the least the first episode of Law & Order this fall.

Maybe if she kills someone she will get community service

she'll just have another "nervous breakdown" during the community service work and they'll let her go home.

Rich b**** goes home , poor girl gets to stay in jail! Bulls*** :fight

Actually it's because she's white.

Wll that's what Al Sharpton is saying:

"This early release gives all the appearances of economic and racial favoritism that is constantly cited by poor people and people of color," the civil-rights leader and president of National Action Network said Thursday, according to the Drudge Report. "There are any number of cases of people who handle being incarcerated badly and even have health conditions that are not released

This is the oddest court case/media phenomenon/jail sentence since OJ. Who would have thought that a DUI could bring so much attention, I bet Paris didnt.

Could we set up a poll on this thread? Is that possible, to set up a poll in a thread that is already created?

Does Paris Deserve to serve her entire 45 day sentence? And why do you think she does or doesnt? Do you even really care(this should get some good responses, lol)

I thought it was a bit harsh for the crime she did. In some cases celebrities get off a lot easier than they should but in this case I thought she got punished more than she deserved because of the celebrity status. Now on her getting out early because of emotional issues or whatevr, I think thats kind of bogus.

if I followed the story correctly, it seems like she got a reasonable deal, but then she was driving when she wasn't suppose to, that's when they layed the smack down on her. like I posted earlier, in IL on a straight DUI or DWLS 1st time, jail is way down the road in screwing up

I think the judge took into account her blatant disregard for the law.

Agree.

Apparently now there is some bru-ha-ha going on in the court room because she has been allowed to apprear via telephone.

I laughed because she has wonky eyes.

I read that as well. Then I read that they changed their minds again and sent a squad car to get her.

and i guess it was another decision that the judge is supposed to make that the sherriff's office made. The judge has sent a police car to Hilton's house to drag her sorry butt into court. I swear i would love to hear that Kathy Hilton bribed someone to get Paris out of jail and has to go in herself.

this just keeps getting better!!

Thumbs up the guy from Channel 4 in LA (KNBC), he tried to push the paparazzi out of the way when they rushed the car and darn near got run over by the cop car when he got pushed in front. DAMN! I hate paparazzi.

I can have no sympathy for this woman....nice picture of her being hauled away.

boo-hoo

This judge is like quicksand....the more you fight it...the deeper in she's gonna get!!!!!

I think they should have given her a cellmate, it probably will make it easier for her. They can give her some young 20 year old non-violent offender. Martha Stewart wasn't in isolation

That picture is just great....I love this.

Can't do the time, don't do the crime. Wasn't this a probation violation? Maybe if anyone ever enforced rules with her, she wouldn't think they don't apply to her. Make her stay the entire time. It actually may make her a better person.

Well...her own doctor says she having psych. problems so maybe she should be isolated in the psych. wing.

or i guess they could make her serve her time stuck in a Motel 6
