I would bet that, assuming your actually telling the truth about being around these scouts, they think Kenny is doing an even more superb job.

Many on here know in what town I get all this information, and that's where I was the last few days. Every person thinks Buehrle will be traded within the next 2 weeks to an east coast team (mets/braves)

Nothing on Dye yet.

Carlos Gomez got put in as a pinch runner today, so we can cross him off of the list of potential players.

I still can't figure out what posessed JD to actually run for once

Those injections in his knee(s) are supposed to lubricate the joint. Maybe he's feeling better than he has all season. Two amazing catches by "old cement shoes." :headbang

Nah I was moreso getting on you for seeming to forget KW is just as at fault as Ozzie is for this year, that's all. I believe you got your sources ;).

And yeah, Buehrle being traded is inevitable, the only question now is does KW actually do well in what we get for him.

More likely his accountant and agent took him behind the woodshed, and showed them how much money he is costing himself. Then proceeded to kick him in the nuts, and give him a cortizone rub on the knees.

Just be on the lookout for any reports on teams that the Sox are scouting.

The more time that goes by with out anyword on Dye, the more and more I'm starting to think some deal COULD have happened.

So then he wasn't hurt? Or we don't know for sure yet?

When there's been an injury to a player during a game over the last few months, it did take a good hour for there to be any word.

I don't have a clue. It's likely that he was but who knows, a trade is at least possible.

I know this is all pretty silly but the Dodgers and Padres are not playing tonight and no one has been removed as of yet from the D-Backs game.

but they at least talked as to the speculation of the injury, correct? I mean, you didn't know for sure what it was, but you at least knew it was an injury. I haven't heard Hawk or DJ talk about it at all, but then again I just turned it on in the 4th inning.

It's more fun to think a trade has taken place.

Dodgers or Arizona would be my two choices. Dodgers and Billingsley would be the best matchup.

Yup. Tis what I'm hoping.

The way it is looking I think you guys may be right. They haven't talked about an injury at all. I think there will be an announcement after the game.

They haven't said a word. When JD was pulled from the game DJ acted like it was the most natural thing in the world and about an inning ago he simply said "no word yet on Jermaine Dye." He left the field just fine and looked alright heading into the dugout at the end of the inning when he made the 2nd diving grab.

No, they think it's from his dive. Great swing by PK there.....he hasn't done that enough this year.

I don't understand what is happening with our offense tonight.

Where the hell has that been all season, PK?

That's just fantastic. Things continue to get better this season.
