Get outttttta here

It was very funny, someone else who has seen it needs to back me up here

I saw it with about 10 people. Not a single person didn't think it was one of the worst movies they'd ever seen. And we're not high-brow.

I've watched Blood Diamond, Breach, I Am Legend, and I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry in the last 2 nights (kinda on a movie spree), and I liked them all.

Blood Diamond was a really good movie, one that I will probably buy. Breach was good too, and it made me feel sorry for Robert Hanssen, which is weird b/c the dude was a huge traitor to this country and I don't want to feel sorry for him.

I Am Legend was a little different than I expected, and the ending came upon me quickly; I didn't really expect it.

The part when he had to kill his dog and only companion of the last 3+ years was really sad. I can't imagine having to kill my dog (and basically best friend of years), even though I know it was for the dog's own benefit. If he hadn't been such a b****-ass and ran back to his car in the first place, his dog wouldn't have died. I just didn't like that he was supposed to be this ridiculously physically-fit and ripped dude, but he can't walk when a knife goes into his thigh. The thigh is thick as hell; you could definitely limp on it 30 ft. to a car...

And, Chuck and Larry was pretty funny. Glad I rented it, but don't think I'd buy it.

Oh, and Batman Begins is on for tonight in preparation of The Dark Knight...

You guys are all out of your minds. I dont ever want to hear about the worst movie ever unless you have seen Crossover, the end. Wayne Brady is the villain. Do I need to say any more?

OH NOES!!!!

Ive heard about the terrible reviews and also about the conspiracy theory that Al Gore was behind the whole thing, but Wayne Brady is the villain!

Her value to that movie is not related to her acting

her value did not bring the net value of the movie into the positive. Her acting and the movie was so bad that she became less hot in my eyes.

Honestly, I couldn't think of a good #5 movie, so I picked one the was "decent".

I dunno...

Maybe Hellboy or Blade.

Hellboy and Blade are much better than F4 ever was or ever will be. I think any one of the Superman movies (with the exception of the horrid Superman all about Nuclear responsibility) are better than F4 and F4 ROTSS

Iron Man indeed was awesome.

I hated the first FF film so much that I have so far avoided seeing FF2 because the Surfer is probably my all-time favorite Marvel character and I don't want to see how badly they massacred him. Next to the 2005 crapfest, the 1994 Oley Sassone/Roger Corman never officially released version looks like a masterpiece.

Hellboy II looks like it's going to be really good based on the trailer.

You arent kidding. Doug Jones plays like 5 different characters in that movie, I think its gonna be a really good one too.

They actually get him pretty much perfect. Surfer works incredibly well in the movie.

Surfer looks cool, of course Larry Fishburne is the perfect voice, but the whole story sucks.

Its gonna take one heck of a rebirth plot to clean up the mess that Tim Story left. This is like Batman and Robin killing the Batman franchise, except F4 had no success the first time

My fav 5 comic book movies...

Iron Man...nuff said.

Batman...Jack Nicholson as the Joker? Priceless

Batman Begins

Superman (1978)

Stardust (was written by Neil Gaiman, the novel was made into a comic book format later, IMHO, in the late 90s)

XMen II gets my honorable mention....great storyline, good acting.

Xmen 2 > Final Stand > X men 1

The Punisher wasn't too bad either

X Men 2 > XMen 1 > The Punisher>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>XMen 3 The Final Stand

XMen 3 was laughable(IMO of course). What a mishmosh story, totally half assed. The only redeeming part of the movie was the special effects.

Final Stand was awful.

You don't

kill off Professor X or Cyclops you film morons!

No love whatsoever for the Spawn movie??

I thought they did a decent job with it, and I liked Leguezamo (sp?) as Violator.

Yeah your way off on the Final stand being in the middle. It is by far the worse and just an utterly terrible movie. I wouldnt even be opposed to them doing a Hulk and remaking it.

I hated the ending to the first X-Men movie and how rushed some things were. Now that I think of it more, the mysterious killing of Cyclops sucked more than the death (?) of Sabertooth. Toad and Rouge were both really annoying in the first movie too. They're about both pretty close to "teh suck."

I'm not going to go out of my way to see either of the FF4 movies, but I read due to the dialogue and Fishburne, the Silver Surfer was too similar to Morpheus character.

Not a fan.

I agree, Leguizamo is great as Violator, but the guy who played Spawn was really bad. Plus, the body makeup was way too stiff. Spawn is a tall imposing figure in the comics, especially with his mask and chains, a tall actor should play the part. I think the parts taking place in Hell were just bad CGI, all of the creatures are the same guy just cloned and put all over the screen.

I heard rumors of a remake. Hopefully it gets a decent budget and they can do something with it.

Yeah, that's a fair assessment. It was an uneven film, and the hell CGI was bad, even by 1997 standards. I think my soft spot for it comes from being a big fan of the source material and vintage McFarlane in general combined with the fact that the comic book film adaptations coming out then were mostly really bad. By comparison, even a mediocre film like Spawn seemed pretty good.

I watched There Will Be Blood tonight, and it might have been the biggest waste of three hours in my life.

You're crazy.

Outside of the last 20 minutes or so, that movie was great. He was reaching Cool Hand Luke status in my book until the ending...

There Will Be Blood was outstanding. I know their rating system isn't scientific, but IMDB actually lists TWBB higher than No Country for Old Men -- the best picture of last year.

I've been waiting for someone to say they've abandoned something just so I can yell "I'VE ABANDONED MY CHILD!!!!!!!! I'VE ABANDONED MY CHILD!!! I'VE ABANDONED MY BOY!!!"

This was definitely true. Comic Book movies are a whole different breed now, there would be a lot of things expected from a Spawn movie should it be made today.
