Romo fumbles and the idiot LB for Detroit tries to pick it up and run for it but kicks it back to Dallas lineman. Dallas is gonna pull this one out. Only the Lions. All he had to do was fall on it.

I missed the last qtr so this will make for entertaining viewing tonight.

Don't know how we pulled it out, but it should be a major wake up call, especially for our run defense.

What a game for Witten. Too bad he almost ruined it with the fumble.

LOL at the Steelers DB's, worst in the NFL, at least the rest of the nation can see that now.

Surely Cameron gets canned right?

They should think about bringing back Jason Garrett.

Idonno how you can justify firing a first year coach. Especially when you trade 2 of your better recievers in an already depleted offense and have no legit QB, one of the worse O-Lines in the game, and your 1 star player(ronnie brown) is out for season.

Well, the Raiders did it last year, but that's the Raiders, and they were re-hiring Art Shell.

If you're hiring a 1st time head coach, I don't see how you can give him less than 4 years reasonably. It often takes that long just to draft, find, and develop a QB, let alone building a functioning system. Hell, people before the season were talking about canning Crennel in Cleveland, and he's had to deal with what, his 2 last top draft picks going down with injuries the last couple years?

Well maybe they need to look at canning Randy Mueller instead.

They've had years to fix the O-Line and never done it. They've got an aging defense, and I think they'll be down the bottom for the next couple of seasons as well.

Maybe I just don't rate Cameron though.

Hey, you're talking to an IU Alum from when he was there. That guy was a great coach for the offense. He just couldn't figure out anything about how to recruit or build a defense. The last 2 years where we had Randle El, we were probably 2-3 decent defensive players away from the Rose Bowl, but we never had jack on D.

Anyway, I still think you have no choice but to give him a couple years. If you're hiring a guy, you really have no idea how he's going to be at key things like drafting and player development for a couple years down the road, esp. if he drafts a QB his first year.

I love Tom Brady.

Thanks for that update Gisele.

New England Patriots you are ridiculous!

Where does all the Tony Romo love come from? I was watching it and everybody was swooning over him; I know he's had a fine year, but I still remember him as the guy crying on the sidelines and until he's beaten a good team in the playoffs I'm not going to pretend that that didn't happen.

A good team.

Ok so let's say the Cowboys make it to the Superbowl. Romo still won't have proven anything because he hasn't beaten a "good" team in the playoffs yet right?

That's truer in football than any other sport, yes.

The love for Romo comes from TO; because TO is the man, Romo gets love and has a great season.

TO is godly

Well you can only beat the teams that are laid out in front of you. The Packers are decent, and do have a good pass D (CB's are better than the Pats).

Did the Cards prove anything in 2006, even though a lot of people consider them one of the weakest teams to win a World Series of all time?

All I know is, Romo is a better QB than he was last season, there is absolutely no doubt about that. He was terrible for the most part in that Seattle game as well, missing a lot of throws. It shouldn't be hard for him to play a better level in the playoffs than that game.

Things getting interesting in the Pats game. Just had a small fight. Patriots run it up and this could get real interesting.

The Packers lost their best weapon midway through the game; and no, baseball does not equal football. Dallas is a rather unimpressive team, especially compared to the big AFL teams...unlike baseball, the better team with a better idea will win much more often. Besides, I didn't start this to talk about the Cowboys as a whole -- just Romo. He isn't all that hot, and I still remember him as the crybaby on the sidelines. We'll see what happens, but I'd be surprised if Dallas beats Green Bay in the playoffs and they definitely won't beat the Patriots unless Belichick and Brady and Moss all have heart attacks before gametime.

When I was on my College radio show, I told my co-host that I thought Pittsburgh and NYJ the likeliest teams to hurt Brady if anybody was going to do it. I still don't think anyone will, especially not on Pitt., but it's possible.

1. Favre was playing terrible in that game before he got hurt. Rodgers played much better when he came on. So Favre was hardly a "weapon" in that contest.

2. Dallas is still 12-1, unimpressive or not.

3. The Cowboys will have home field advantage it appears. That's an advantage against the Packers.

4. You're trying to make this a Brady vs. Romo argument, saying how Romo ain't that good. Brady's had an amazing season, and is surely the MVP. But any other season, Romo's close to putting up MVP numbers. He has a great supporting cast, but his ability to avoid the rush and make plays on the fly makes him one of the top 3 QB's in the NFL.

5. Well with the way the Pats have looked recently, you can't take anything for granted. The Cowboys just need a 3rd CB to cover Wes Welker, and I think they could give them a run for their money, but we'll see.

Can't wait for Miami to beat them, week 16. :headbang

Obviously there is a long way to go but it seems like there is a real possibility of having an undefeated team vs. a 1 loss team in the superbowl.
