Perhaps Josh Outman? LHP for their A ball team in Clearwater?

"Selected by Chicago White Sox in 20th Round (599th overall) of 2004 amateur entry draft (June-Reg) "

wmvp says we got dubee, so much for that

Carlos Carrasco wouldn't be bad, either.

He's @ AA from what I'm reading on the Phils system.

The Score just confirmed it's Michael Dubee, RP.

18th round draft pick in 2006. Blurb from BA @ Draft time:

21 547 PHI Michael Dubee rhp Okaloosa-Walton (Fla.) CC FL $125,000

Michael Dubee was a 32nd-round pick for the Royals who faded as the season went on, but he has an advanced feel for pitching and a four-pitch repertoire. The son of Phillies pitching coach Rich, Dubee's fastball was up to 94 mph last fall, though he pitched around 87 mph this spring. He has a good curveball that he'll throw in any count. He uses his changeup effectively against lefthanders.

Excited to see Richar, whatever we can get for our overpriced, underperforming talent is fine by me.

So, is Dubee going to become buddies with Danks?

f***ing boring

WOW MORE RELIEF PITCHERS! ID RATHER KEEP GOOCH AND LET HIM PLAY OUT HIS CONTRACT

Pretty much. Especially pitchers with 87 MPH fast balls.

would we have gotten draft picks for gooch? isn't picks> dubee?

Thanks for '05 and '06, Gooch.

Now let's see what Richar can do...

If Tad wound up a B level FA, he'd bring back a sandwich pick.

Dubee's numbers this season:

30 games, 55.2 IP, 4-4, 3.88 ERA, 55 hits, 22 walks, 24 ER, 54 strikeouts, GO/AO 1.62, 2 hr, .248 Batting against.

f***ing weak sauce

I'm pretty sure his contract was like Contreras and Matsui'sm where they had to be signed by November 15th and could not be offered arbitration.

Has he been pitching in the Arizona League lately or something?

I'll miss you, Tadahito. Good luck!

Any chance there's a PTBNL or anything hooked onto this deal?

Kalapse, time to update your salary tracker.

How the f*** do you not do better than that? They have to be at least somehwat deperate.

I just don't get this... I'd rather have the draft pick. Couldn't they have at least gotten a really s***ty POSITION PLAYING prospect?
