PS: I've missed you bud.

That half inning made it awfully close.

And LOL, Gonzalez gets a round of applause from the Texas fans as he steps up to bat.

lol this is just too funny now. I can't keep stabbing myself in the stomach anymore.

This may become hilarious if Guillen continues to leave Gonzalez at 3B. They're going to bunt down the line every opportunity.

And while I still believe Gonzalez is our best option for 3B while Fields develops, tonight just isn't his night. For nothing else, save him the embarrassmet.

Maybe the Sox should have a promotion and pick fans from the stands to play third base each inning the rest of the year.

A lot of fans would get to play MLB and think of all the relatives who would buy tickets and they couldn't do worse than this hack we have at third the rest of September.

--Sammy Sosa loves playing against the Sox. Wait, every ex Sox loves playing against the Sox. Bombs away.

I think the best example might have been the Cameron game against Parque, et al.

ouch - that night was humiliating. Not as bad as buying box seats to watch Danny Wrong lose 19-0 to the Angels, but close.

In a season of all time lows, is it a stretch that the sox could have more errors than hits tonight?

I wonder how Sammy managed to slim down so much. Tremendous discipline.

Every time DJ says "it is what it is," I hate him a little bit more. It's a weak phrase, void of any criticism, which perfectly fits his commentating ability.

I feel sorry for Gonzalez. He is not ready. Probably never will be. He's thrust into something that is over his head and as a result is going to be the poster boy for ineptitude.

Andy Gonzalez pwns.

EDIT: You seriously have to feel for Danks.

Solid outing from Danks. Best one he's had since early August.

Now it's time for Bukvich to do what he does and let inherited runners score.

Thank you Bukvich. Now it's on to the Bears show. :)

I wonder just how bad the ratings for this series have been?

Just awesome hustle by these guys.....I wonder if Ozzie will just quit (and I don't mean that as a shot at him).

Man I can really see what Hawk is talking about. I can see the no quit in this team. The fire is burning.

Tampa Bay already won. They're now three games behind us in the standings.

Danks is looking at another loss unfortunitely

Josh no-Fields stands and watches the catcher run back after a dropped third strike then gets thrown out at first. I hope the Sox are through drafting football players to play baseball.

Good gosh, I saw the comment before, but I didn't realize just how skinny Sammy is again. Ridiculous, and he will get in the hall with out much problem, sickening.

you raise a sage point for discussion: who's dumber, football players or baseball players? BB players were on my floor 2nd year of college...I'm leaning toward them.

He's like the third best hitter on our team.

It'd be nice if the Sox stopped trading for former football players (Jerry Owens.)

Not to mention he's a rookie which was obviously a rookie mistake. Can't fool the umps thinking you tipped the ball. Of all the rookies to hate on, Josh would be the least in my book.

Did we lose yet? I was flippin through channels and saw we were losing like a half hour ago. I figured we would have sucked enough to be done already.

Owens blows and we finally lose.
