i hate complaining about umpires, but so far this year this has been the worst quality of umpiring i can remember i feel like

And Ozzie complaining publically about them isn't going to help us get calls unfortunately.

I can't see the game, but is Crede and others being made look foolish with breaking balls low and away?

Worse than you could possibly imagine. Crede missed the last pitch by a foot.

They are being made to look foolish with everything. But Lopez is throwing some nasty stuff. Willis' injury was a blessing for the Tigers.

i didnt have that much of a problem with it, i mean if the umpire truly is in the wrong, maybe mlb will treat like the NBA did with joey crawford and tim duncan

Grilli warming.

Cy Lopez done, thankfully!

Ok, need a run.

Cy Lopez done, thankfully!

Good... time to get some offense please

7 pitch, 1-2-3 inning for Contreras.

Nice, quick 1-2-3 inning there Contreras.

OK hitters, sleepytime is over!! Wake up and get to work.

Is the count like 20 times worse from the stretch or is it just me?

According to Gameday, JC never threw a pitch out of the strike zone that inning. Did he move back on top or something?

If by grill you mean bats, or something similar that might mean offense, then yes.

Thank God, Grilli time.

Oh noes, the talk of grilled meats and other bbq variety distracted toby hall.

Time to score some run. Maybe we can scratch out more than the 3 hits we have off of Cy Aquino off of Jason and hit batting tee fastball.

I hope you all realize now that Grili is going to throw 3 innings of no hit baseball.

Or he's going to hit Quentin in the ear.

How much you wanna bet a Sox player gets ejected for retaliation?

Plunks CQ, what new.

i know quentin rarely moves, but he might need to change that to avoid injury ...i hope hes ok

Game is on regular Comcast Sports Net now, meaning HD for non-Comcast customers.
