The offense nearly had that one, just hit it to the largest part of the park.

I wonder why Ozzie pulled Thornton after one batter if he knew that the game might go into extra innings.

I though it was gone. Not because it really looked like a homer, but because I assume he is going to hit a homer in that situation.

Yep, sounds about right. I thought for sure that Swisher's was gone.

GameDay has Swishers flyout to right on the other side of the fence!

thats ok...leadoff walks in extra inning road games rarely score

Masset starts the game off with a walk. The last pitch was down the cock, but Blue wants to get to the hotel bar for the drink special.

Dreaded lead-off walk.

Wait, so you can use a pinch runner?

you walk a guy hitting .200?

Ozzie was saving them for extra innings.

Wait, so you can sac bunt?

What a joke this umpire is.

That last pitch was down the middle of the plate, and called a ball. Nice job Blue.

He's basically making it up right now.

Yeah it was, gameday shows it straight down the pipe too.

He's screwed us over from the first inning to the tenth. At least he's been consistent.
