Gotta admit the cubs are very selective, can work the count and seem to understand what a pitcher is doing and how to exploit it.

They do have the best OBP in the NL.

top of the inning. big inning here to get some breathing room.

Awful AB there by OC.

Hopefully Lilly isn't getting into a rythm here.

o-cab with the leadoff K, hopefully if they can't dent homeplate they get him to 80-85 pitches

does it have to do with how it's odd than a person at his age with the career minor league numbers he had is suddenly a force?

Pretty much it.

Blah blah blah...averaging 5 home runs a year for 6 years coming up....blah blah blah has 12 now...yadda yadda yadda likes to take it in the butt, needles that is.

Last part was the summation.

I'm stuck at work, can't watch the game, but I've got the gameday going, how does the team look? Confident? How's Danks' stuff?

Please start sittin' on that change up.......

ah, Lily might get another quick inning, come on Q

Damn. Thought that was gone.

Q!

aw just missed a homer. but a double will do

Damn Carlos missed the basket by centimeters

Carlos hitting the ball hard today.

Nice two bagger.

Carlos just missed that one. Double.

We needed that to clear the fence.

We ain't gonna knock him in unless we hit a dinger.

Make him pay.

We look OK, have been workin' the flower fairly well. Look pretty confident up there, except Crede and Anderson. Danks' stuff is good so far.

good job Q, Dye is the guy Sox want up in this situation

Dumbass fans were leaning to catch that deep drive.

It's simply amazing how we are only a home run hitting offense.

Come on, JD! Knock him in!

ah, OK Danks, pressure back on you, bottom of the order...

I'd like to get a 2 out hit with RISP today guys. Think we have had 3 shots in 4 innings.
