With three small kids 9:30 starts are great. I DVR'd game six and saw the end of it an hour after it happened. I had to stay away from the cell phone and the computer.

Afternoon games do suck.

The funny thing is that WGN will probably not carry any of these games on the radio.

With two kids three and under, the early schedule is awesome for me. I gotta get to bed when I can.

Find a new best buddy.

1-0 Hawks.

Tough 1st period for Seabrook.

1 to 1 after 1, I'll take that.

Excellent first period on the road against the Champs. 1-1 after one. Unfortunately Bulin let in a pretty bad goal, but we'll take it.

I don't know if I would call it excellent. They are out shooting us by almost a 2-1 margin.

And Detroit has had a lot of open Ice. Khabi is keeping us in this game for sure.

the ESPN gamecast has the Wings with 61 SOG and the Blackhawks with 12.

It feels like it, that is for sure...

Wtf? is there a glitch on the gamecast here? 89-15 in favor of the redwings?

Crap!!!

2-1

I hate I am missing this game.

Let me guess, the last goal the Wings scored was an errant pass in the Hawks zone???

Amazing camera work by the way to see exactly how close Burish came to getting his throat cut WIDE open by Eagers skate.

Burish had some blood but he did get lucky. I love the energy the 4th line is bringing.

I stand corrected

4-2 :( With 10 minutes left

Empty netter

Time to get ready for game 2

This was a nice introduction to Western Conference Finals action. The Hawks will adjust and fight back.

coulda lost that one 8-2....felt like the hawks got their asses kicked but were still in it late....
