As long as Paulie is on this team and not on the DL, he is going to start at 1st and Swish will be in CF. Gonna have to deal with it.

Ten days. After the All-Star break, that's what I'd give him. If he's still not hitting, he's a spot player the rest of the way.

 

 

 

Well the way the offense is playing today i don't see a come back coming.

The only reason I give him the benefit of the doubt is because he has a history of having terrible halves and great halves. I give him 2-3 weeks into the 2nd half before I make any big decisions.

Not arguing about PK's effort...all I'm saying...and stated it before the game started that Wise should be staring against the righty...especially with Mr. 4K night needing to ease back into it. That's ozzie. Sometimes Ozzie reminds me of Ditka of the late 80s, early 90's with his loyalty to vets that ultimately cost his team.

This would only make sense....win 2 games we should have lost, and then lose a game we should have won. The Sox are so much better defensively when PK's ass is on the DL.
