i've never seen as many hitters swing and miss on a 91mph fastball as they do against Dotel, do his pitches look offspeed out of his hand or something and then it's too late to catch up? not sure i understand it

I can't figure out why Guillen got the HBP instead of a foul ball.

Since Im watching on gameday, can anyone explain how Guillen was able to get plunked and Dotel was allowed to stay in the game after both benches were warned earlier?
