I'm thinking of coming up with a drinking game where you have to drink whenever Hawk talks about the Twins, a shot whenever he talks about Gomez, and then some more add ons to the rules. I might be gone by the 3rd inning, but its the fun in the game. right?

I'm wondering when Hawk's gonna get sick of my emails...or at least the guys that get them first are anyway. Maybe he's just doin' now to be an ass. I've been hammering on him. I'm sure it does no good...but damn it makes me feel good.

Because he can't hit. He had mediocre minor league numbers, and he has numbers that border on pathetic in the major leagues. Other than that small point, I guess Hawk is right about him.

 

(And yes, I know you were being sarcastic. I'm annoyed at Hawk, now I remember why I usually put the radio on).

I've been around...couple games this week. Tonight is special...KGJ is playing for us and showing he is business (for this game so far).

 

I'm also sick which means can't get wasted tonight.

I've been here and there in the game threads this year. I sometimes drift away but always come crawling back. When the game's not on tv and most of the it's time not, soxtalk is a good alternative.

JR had a 12 game hitting streak and an OPS of 1.072 or so since the all star break coming in to tonight. Dude's hot.
