It's too bad the trade deadline can't be this coming week.

Well, Ozzie pulled starters in a 5 run game in the 7th yesterday.

Which was stupid.

Josh Field doing his best to fit in with the other big sluggers today

Juan moves over.

It'll actually probably be like yesterday ... Uribe will go to 2B and Ram to SS

crybaby sh** right there, pitch well, beat these terrible teams

stop making excuses for this bullsh*t.

I thought you said you couldn't watch this team anymore? You should go away if that's the case.

That settles it, Zack Greinke for Cy Young.

We're gonna lose today, we're gonna lose first play today, how we respond after that is the key. this team has been streaky all year, unfortantely the Twins have been on fire the past month and a half. I'm probably in the minority, but I think the Sox will bounce back.

KW would be an idiot if he needed another week to figure out this pitching staff sucks.

BA to hit for CQ.

That's good...might as well pull GJr. also

Prety bad right there in that there inning that the Sox hitters just had. A pop up and 2 K's. Way to show that KC team

oh, like we did to the Cardinals in 2006 at the cell? people have ridiculously selective memories.

What do you mean? We didn't run up the score against the Cardinals in 2006, we just faced two of the worst pitchers in baseball at that time in 82 MPH fastball Mark Mulder in Jason Marquis. As for game three, we only won 1-0 on one solo home run for our hit.

Guys....thanks for being here right now for this. I know it's a b**** fest right now, so let's all remember we're Sox fans.

the funniest thing about this game is how we lost

we didn't give anybody any doubts that we were still a competitive team by losing 5-4, or having a stellar outing by our young left hander and then the bullpen gets lit up a little bit

we were just flat out brutally terrible, we're gonna have to play some outstanding baseball to make a lot of people think this team still has a chance. Liriano dominating today just makes the twins look like the team to beat, even more

And for that, we will sweep this week :D

Some posts make it extremely hard to tell.

Let's not fight amongst ourselves :gosox3:

10 game home stand is just what the doctor ordered. It seems like we have been playing road games for a month.

Kudos to whomever pulled some of the regulars in case of retaliation.

Get home healthy.

There's only one guy who I ever thought was a troll, and he "came out" a long time ago and left this site.

Wait, what?

Dont question it, the season is over once you are a 1/2 game out.

If you can't laugh at times like this, you'll end up crying instead.

I don't think this is magically going to get better just because we're at home. We're 5-5 in our last 10 home games against the powerhouse trio of Oakland, KC, and Texas.

This makes me feel like we have a chance, no matter what:

Did his name start with red?
