Poreda time, please.

That's the last we've seen of Contreras this season.

And it's sad cause he looked pretty good. Stuff wise, he looked like the April version.

Contreras off the DL to only go right back on it.....

Do we go back to Richard?

I'll give it to Jose, he did bust it over there.

I'd actually rather see Boone come in.

Welp, Richard or Poreda might want to get ready.

Are we carrying 11 or 12 pitchers right now?

Ahh, forgot about DJ. Let's get 3 or 4 out of him.

Erstaded?

My god, if we lose the division by a game or so, we might look back at a routine play that you do hundreds of times in spring training as the cause.

KW gonna get a lot of s*** now for not getting us pitching.

Russell should thank Swisher for getting him a job.

Both of them pitched last night.

How's that waiver wire look, Kenny?

Last night was the epitome of why the White Sox can stagnate on offense and what theRed Sox excel at. Working a pitcher. The Sox refuse to let the pitcher work. Every Red Sox at-bat seems to go at least 5 pitches.

On an other point I referred to Manny as the Boogyman. He seemed to affect every pitch in my mind and I thought the same of certain pitchers. After the homerun last night there wasn't that feeling, "oh s*** gotta get Ortiz because you don't want to face Manny." I think this affected how pitchers worked to the 9 through 2 guys. Manny had a presence that I am sure glad to miss. As good as Youkilis, Lowell and Bay are, they are not Manny.

I would hope not. Atleast give Poreda several starts.

I'll bet Washburn will get through, but some other team (Yankees) might try a claim/trade before we get a shot at him.

Carrasco coming in

Frankly if Jose is out I don't see how you can avoid giving Garcia a tryout if he's got anything on his fastball.

Burnett pass through waivers?

Alright Carrasco, its your turn to shine.

I agree, it has to be Poreda time.

Carrasco coming in

We need four innings. So strike one please.

Twins up 2-0

Wasn't he hitting 86-87 on his last workout? Weren't the White Sox there?
