For the last few years at the cell, they periodically play an audio of what sounds like a bunch of cheerleaders making some sort of a call/chant/whatever it is , and at the end of it you hear a loud and long OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooo!!!!!!

Does anybody know what the heck they are saying/chanting and what it supposedly represents?
