Frightening but we have to consider Broadway as throwing his hat into the ring for RH relief time.

I was actually confused as to why he didn't pitch tonight. Might as well use him in mop up time.

Yes because in a blow out is the opportune time to judge talent. Broadway in a close game, is a gas can with a fancy name.

We could make a Microsoft Word field where you can plug in any member of our bullpen in your above sentence.

Snakes on a Plane just started on HBO if anybody is looking for something a little more entertaining to watch.

i take comfort in the fact that at this point in 05 the sox were in the tank and seemingly destined to have one of the worst collapses in memory. of course, it was only the offense that seemed to be in the funk back then...or was it everything?

So let me get this straight...we pull our starters, but leave in our two most fragile players in PK and Griffey? If anything, get Swisher in the game and see if he can get some confidence.

Whoa, every reliever we have has a fancy name. Maybe aside from Russell. We have an Octavio, for f's sake

Alright chased Moose out of the game

It's a good point. There's no reason for either of these guys to be in the game.

Man I used to hate Percival at about the same time Frank was hating him. Something about Angels closers are celebratey and stupid-ey

Ozzie for Manager of the Year.

I've been thinking the same thing.

can't you just feel the momentum shifting?

I think Horacio Ramirez might just be the worst pitcher in baseball right now.

I hope this isn't a sign of things to come from our offense

Some of these guys outside of Paulie and OC, just look like they've cashed it in

Thome, Dye, Swisher, Pierzynski, absolute garbage lately.

I challenge anyone to come up with anyone worse.

It's really embarassing we even have him on our team right now. He is the second coming of Juan Agosto. Oh, and a bit of Andy Gonzalez last year because of Ozzie's seemingly love affair with him despite his absolutely clearly minor league talent...I just don't get Ozzie sometimes with these decisions

The Cards won the World Series in 2006 with an 83-79 record...Just get to the Playoffs and ANYTIHNG can happen!!

Ramirez's WHIP is nearly 3 with the Sox, and it's scary how many close games he's been thrown into.

17 K's for Josh in 32 at-bats, nice.
