i love this sox team, but i'm really left shaking my head sometimes as to how they got this far

 

on the country ... i do not like this team, Thome, Uribe, Griff, Dye, Pauli, OC, practically all the offense minus Carlos + alexi i dislike a ton.

 

 

Nice job, Clayton. It's amazing how much better he has gotten since his first few appearances.

 

I can't help but to think what this game would have looked like had he started.

Sometimes, and I mean this in the best possible way, our team is hilarious to watch.

Well some positives so far:

 

Richard has gotten playoff experience and looked good. He didnt need to come into a game that was tied or where the Sox were in the lead so some pressure has probably been off of him.

 

Sox havent had to use the pen for the better 3 pitchers on our staff so they should be fresh the next few games.

 

Tampa has gone to their pen so the Sox will have already had a look at them.

 

That beings said, what about 2 walks and a Griffey jack?

Great job by Clayton. Really nice to see a Sox farm hand stepping up in a big situation.

I don't see how that was PK's fault. Clayton had another one of his girly throws to first base that looked like it might have even bounced at PK's feet. He throws like a man to home plate, and like a little girl to first, weirdest thing.

The Rays look awful against a lefty. They are only 1 game over .500 this year against lefty starters.
