I agree that Wise gives it everything he has. I hated him....no I hated the situation he was put in, earlier in the year but he has kind of worn on me.

I've always liked him and felt he could do the job. He just needs to find a way to avoid these injuries. I also like Nix as well. We have weaknesses, but I think with Ramirez, Beckham, Nix, and Getz we really should be pretty ok from 2nd base over to 3rd for the forseeable future.

We have some guys in the minors that could fill in as well.

with that gun out today i realize just how much dewayne wise has come up big in clutch situations...idc what anyone thinks id have a guy like dewayne who leaves 100 percent on the field over someone like bradley any day
