walk up music (batter ditties)

Featured Replies

I know PK (Harvester of Sorrow) and Beckham (Your Love), but what are some others?

Juan Pierre uses Beyonce/Jay-Z "Deja Vu"

AJ uses The Killers "Somebody Told"

This is a better question for opening day since most of these guys are going to have new AB songs then (other than PK and Gordon of course.)

Q is even cooler now.

I hope AJ walks out to "I'm a thug" by Trik Daddy. :bringit

Actually, Q's walk up song is "4 minutes to Save the World" the Madonna and Timberlake song.

EDIT: I take that back, in 2008 he did, but maybe he has silence now. Then again, maybe he should go back to that song since it obviously worked for him in '08.

I wish they played a theme song for me every time I showed up at work. It seems that they only do that for baseball players and Pro Wrestlers.

I had Rick Ross - "Hustlin'" when I pitched or batted. It was sweet.

I use that song before every one of my interviews, my psych-up song to get ready.

I still find it odd that Lillibridge uses

That would be so awesome.

I'm still convinced Jim Thome wanted to tell everyone in the crowd how beautiful they all were through his at-bat song.

PK and Gordon were my favorites, but Lillibridge and Fields were awesome surprises.

Q is even more awesome.

Nope. I've heard that it'll be this song.

Haha, that would be awesome.

We do have "walk-up" songs for my intramural softball team. We make our pledges keep up with it as well as music between innings like the Ken Griffey baseball theme song. We all had to pick wrestling theme songs so I took The Rock's song and completely play it up as I go to bat. The other teams we play seem to get a kick out of it so it's all in good fun.
