May 17, 201015 yr I'm snacking on some salted pistachios right now and I'm in heaven. What do you all prefer?
May 17, 201015 yr QUOTE (BigSqwert @ May 17, 2010 -> 07:55 AM) Roasted, unsalted almonds are pretty awesome too. I'd probably say Roasted, unsalted Almonds, pitsachio's, and walnuts are my 3 favorite nuts.
May 17, 201015 yr Any nut with salt > without salt -- health concerns aside. If you were invincible/immortal -- you'd choose the salted nuts, or you'd have to be a communist weirdo.

May 17, 201015 yr QUOTE (BigSqwert @ May 17, 2010 -> 10:42 AM) I agree in most instances but I do prefer unsalted almonds over salted. This is another *VERY RARE* case in which I agree with you -- I do like unsalted but roasted Almonds. Not quite as big of a fan of non roasted, though...they lack that flavor. Not that I mind agreeing with you, but every time I do, it raises a red flag on my Kappie status and the board of Kappie's reviews my membership.
May 17, 201015 yr Pistachios are dangerous. You start eating them and than like 3 hours later you just ate like 10 pounds. I like walnuts and almonds when they are in other foods, but not by themselves.

I asked her why she gave me so many and she replied that they're for the whole week. Yeah right like I'll ration it off. Of course I already ate them all this morning. May 17, 201015 yr Raw, salted pistachios rock. As do raw or roasted, salted or unsalted peanuts. Raw cashews are awesome too.
May 17, 201015 yr QUOTE (Balta1701 @ May 17, 2010 -> 09:23 AM) I loves me some cashews. This, though I'm not as addicted to them as my brother or grandmother.
May 17, 201015 yr My snacking through the day is pretty damn healthy. Walnuts, peanuts, and sunflower seeds for the most part are my snacking food during the day.
May 17, 201015 yr "You want nuts, let's get nuts!!" Best tasting: salted peanuts. But I prefer to eat nonsalted, raw almonds. Edited May 17, 201015 yr by maggsmaggs
May 17, 201015 yr QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 17, 2010 -> 02:45 PM) Raw, salted testicles, please. haha that's what I voted for
May 17, 201015 yr QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 17, 2010 -> 03:45 PM) Raw, salted testicles, please. Would you like a taste of my salty chocolate balls? Edited May 17, 201015 yr by SoxAce
May 17, 201015 yr It's a commonly know fact in my family you can bribe me with honey-roasted peanuts.
May 17, 201015 yr QUOTE (T R U @ May 17, 2010 -> 03:58 PM) haha that's what I voted for Great minds, Carl... great minds.
May 17, 201015 yr For some reason, I don't like roasted nuts. I also especially hate that some nuts are honey-roasted, I find that nasty. Also, I don't like almonds or walnuts, but I do like them in other stuff, like in candy bars such as Snickers. What I do like are: *raw salted cashews. *raw salted peanuts in shell or out of shell. *raw salted redskin spanish peanuts. *raw pistachios, usually salted.
