July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (whitesoxfan101 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:35 PM) I'd be willing to bet every bit of "information" we get between now and tomorrow night is misinformation from the James camp designed to get more ratings and interest. Don't buy any of it. Our buddy @Ric Bucher: "Rumors of NYK having legit shot at LeBron or him going to Mia seem like an attempt by LRMR to create suspense for Thurs show."
July 7, 201015 yr Author QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:37 PM) LEBRON IS OURS Just kidding, but that Mansfield guy is actually bringing evidence to the table, which you always gotta like. The bulls have a chance, theyve got about 24 hours to make it happen. Pull out all the stops, whatever it takes at this point. If I was Reinsdorf, Id seriously consider saying something like the Bulls will offer Lebron an option to purchase a piece of the Bulls. That could be a trump card here and something MJ would never have. Being an owner of the Bulls. f*** it, you tell him every one of his little butt buddies gets a god damned suite at the United Center and a f***ing Lambourgini.
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 01:35 PM) http://twitter.com/ericmansfield Apparently, an online form has LeBron changing his home from somewhere in Cleveland to Chicago...? Who the heck is BJ's home? I read on RealGM someone saying something about tax stuff. But who the hell is BJ? Is that his mom?
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:40 PM) Our buddy @Ric Bucher: "Rumors of NYK having legit shot at LeBron or him going to Mia seem like an attempt by LRMR to create suspense for Thurs show." Wow, he's actually getting it.
July 7, 201015 yr Bernstein says the Bulls FO think they have a chance. Edited July 7, 201015 yr by chw42
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 01:37 PM) Chad Ford says that the Bulls had Wade, but decided to wait on LeBron. Again, if this is true, this front office disgusts me. That would be awful if that was the case. And if it was the case, than that has to make you think they'd have felt pretty good about LBJ. Please come to CHicago.
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:40 PM) Our buddy @Ric Bucher: "Rumors of NYK having legit shot at LeBron or him going to Mia seem like an attempt by LRMR to create suspense for Thurs show." For once, I agree with him.
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 01:43 PM) Bernstein says the Bulls FO think they have a chance. Come on baby.....
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:37 PM) Chad Ford says that the Bulls had Wade, but decided to wait on LeBron. Again, if this is true, this front office disgusts me. Well, they were swinging for the fences based on information they have been getting all along.
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (WHarris1 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:44 PM) Bucher: News that should make Bulls' fans happy on espn.com shortly. Probably gonna tell us about Carlos Boozer or this tax story crap.
July 7, 201015 yr Well we're back in the game if nothing else it appears. I'd still say major underdogs though. Edited July 7, 201015 yr by whitesoxfan101
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (WHarris1 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 01:44 PM) Bucher: News that should make Bulls' fans happy on espn.com shortly. Lol...watch Bucher become our savior...than LBJ become our savior!!!
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (WHarris1 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:44 PM) Bucher: News that should make Bulls' fans happy on espn.com shortly. ok wtf. stop tugging at my damn heart strings.
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (RockRaines @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:44 PM) Well, they were swinging for the fences based on information they have been getting all along. Swinging for the fences would be getting both Wade and LeBron.
July 7, 201015 yr I wonder when LBJ will tell the his new/current team his decision. Could the team really not know at this point?
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:45 PM) Swinging for the fences would be getting both Wade and LeBron. It seems like Wade and Bosh were going to play together all along. I think the choices were Wade and Bosh, or LeBron.
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (MurcieOne @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:46 PM) I wonder when LBJ will tell the his new/current team his decision. Could the team really not know at this point? I think that they might not know. The less people that know, the less chance of a leak.
July 7, 201015 yr hopefully Bucher is not being sarcastic about news to make Bulls fans happy... Bernstein has good sources with the Bulls, so it may be baseless, but I believe the FO has hope
July 7, 201015 yr Author QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:45 PM) Swinging for the fences would be getting both Wade and LeBron. Ok, I'll say it again because now I'm feeling the HIGH OF HOPE! LeBron never wanted to play for Miami!
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (MurcieOne @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 03:46 PM) I wonder when LBJ will tell the his new/current team his decision. Could the team really not know at this point? he might have only told 2 people in the org and that's it
July 7, 201015 yr He's comming here people. He's comming... Boozer I mean... it's a done deal. See what I did there Ric Bucher? Edited July 7, 201015 yr by SoxAce
July 7, 201015 yr Its a really hard situation to read at this point, the only positive for a Bulls fan is it seems like the Bulls have passed on seemingly every other option. I also think that Bosh/Wade wanted to beat lebron to the punch, ie if he is going to Chicago tomorrow, Wade/Bosh get to say that they chose Miami, instead of: "We wanted Chicago but they wanted Lebron". Who the hell knows at this point, I just hope that Jerry wrote a blank check.
July 7, 201015 yr QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jul 7, 2010 -> 01:46 PM) athomeboy, put bucher back on the list for the love of god!! Seriously, I had to go digging around to find Bucher. Athome...pronto, add Bucher. In the meantime, here's the link for people: http://twitter.com/ricbucher
