I was surprised to see his WHIP as high as it is. I love the experience he gets from that inning.

He looked like he was overthrowing. Nothing that isn't easily fixable.

I've actually noticed that almost all the damage against him has been on his fastball lately (outside of a Kinsler double). When you throw as hard as you do, and people start catching up to your fastball...you'll start trying to throw it even harder. Santos needs to remember that as of right now, his best pitch is his slider. It's ironic that his 95 mph fastball is his set-up pitch.
