Over a full season, Quentin's D is estimated to be 4 runs worse than Dye's, with Dye being 26 runs worse than average.

 

I doubt that "4 runs" is really significant at that level.

Give me Dye, as at least other teams respected his arm.

Even I'd have to take Dye and I used to bag on him on a daily basis.

He's not really . 75% of the votes are going for Q. Q reaches balls Dye couldn't dream about getting .And Dye's arm couldn't hit the broad side of Rosie O'Donnell.

Quentin's better but it's a lot closer then I'd like it to be.

I think it was a good hit too. Many RF's just face the wall and play it off the wall. Q went after it and it bounced past him . Still was a double since it was Cust.

I agree CaliSox, but I wasn't positive. He looked like kind of a spaz after it whacked off the wall, but I thought it was a true shot over a rightfielder's head.

 

Side note: Alex Gordon returned tonight from minors: 0-4 with an error in right. Poor Alex. May need the proverbial change of scenery.
