White Sox vs. Oakland A's

Featured Replies

Youre right, the Sox should spend less. Spending more money is what is making this team bad. Prior to 2005 when the Sox werent spending money they went to so many more playoffs, dont you remember the great times of 1983, 1994 and 2000. They were like every year events.

Im not even sure what you are arguing at this point, because it cant really be that if the Sox spent less money theyd win more. (its so ridiculous I cant even post it right)

Great pitch, nice selection by AJ!

The crowd goes wild.

Nice pitch.

Can we win on a walk off? I mean WTF, let's win.

Good job Chris.

WALK OFF THIS BIATCH.

Perfect time for Rios to hit his first of the season

It is "Gray," with an "a." I'll get it right next time.

Here comesthe extra base hit after he two out walk.

The twins beat s*** teams

I f***ing hate tony pena

Tony pena's only contribution since we got him was giving up the lead and mop up. Awful trade.

Could really go for a Lillibomb right about now.

Here come the swinging from the heels and topping off speed pitches. Better hope for a hanger.

Don't need a home run. Get on base, White Sox.

Man he is mediocre to s***ty.

Missed a fat one what new

Haha, right down the plate. SWING THE BAT.

Can't believe he didn't toss Rios. CB is such a bum.

Well ... if they had an $80M payroll they probably don't trade for Peavy or pickup Rios and keep cheap pitching talent like Hudson and Gonzalez.

It wasnt right down the middle, definitely a pitchers pitch and with the way the ump has been calling them, glad Rios said something. I have no problem with it being called a strike, just this guy has been all over the place.

At least Rios worked the count. Pitch coulda gone either way. Typical Sox bad luck and K.

Suzuki's doing an amazing job of keeping our hitters off-balanced. So many in-between swings by our power guys.

Take two.

I say that was a strike. Stupid for Rios to argue. Just venting anger in retaliation to Bucknor's earlier calls. He had his pitch to hammer.

Yeah, looked better on first view...definitely has been called a strike all game though.

AJ and Rios each had a pitch to drive.

If the Sox keep playing extra innings, they need to start extending beer sales through at least the 9th inning at the Cell

AJ is an identical hitter to Mark Kotsay.

Ball or strike, to close to take.
