It sounds like the crowd is booing Adam mid-AB on both strikes he took. I don't boo him myself but I understand why many people do after he gets out. But booing mid-AB is just beyond ridiculous. That's hating just to hate. I know the whole "he's a big-leaguer, he should be stronger than being affected by the crowd" but this is getting ridiculous. Let the guy play - he's here for the long haul so why go out of your way to boo him?

I still don't know what it is supposed to accomplish. Like Adam Dunn doesn't realize he sucks right now? But booing him all of the sudden he is going to go, "Damn, I didn't realize I was hitting .160, maybe I should quit striking out! Thanks for booing me, because I had no idea!

It's not like that. When you're at work and you acknowledge you screwed something up and take responsibility, how does it feel when EVERYONE comes up and reminds you how you messed up? After the first few you can brush it off and be like "Yea, I know". But after a while it's like "f*** it, I know I f***ed up, get off it."
