A lot of people were in favor of Matt being our closer this year. There would have been so many lefty/righty situations had that been the case.

Im not sure what a pitcher has to do with Ozzie's tendency to use right v left (or vice versa) in hitting situations, regardless of what the stats may suggest.

As much as I gave up on the team, we're only a few games out.

He's one of two good hitters on this team.

Trading him would be absurd.

Substituting Tank for CQ in right would be dumb.

Like we've said before we need to add Tank to a lineup that has CQ in it, not just replace one for another.
